We may distribute free samples or display custom-printed boxes to showcase our designs and expertise.

You must ensure that it does not contain text, images, designs, trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted material owned by third parties unless you have obtained the necessary permissions. You must also not upload content that is offensive, obscene, or infringes the intellectual property rights of Hot Custom Boxes or others.
While we do not control user-generated content, Hot Custom Boxes may remove content deemed offensive, abusive, or unlawful. We may disclose content if required to: (a) comply with legal obligations, (b) enforce our terms, (c) respond to claims of third-party rights violations, or (d) protect the safety, rights, or property of our website and users.

Orders and Accuracy of Information:
You must provide accurate information to receive products. Our website is for human use only. Misuse that violates these terms may be subject to legal action. By placing an order, you confirm you have the rights, permissions, and authority to do so and are of legal age. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all orders placed through your account.

All content on this website including text, software, images, photographs, graphics, illustrations, designs, and maps (collectively “Our Website Content”) is owned by Hot Custom Boxes. Any copying, modifying, storing, republishing, distribution, or transmission of this content is prohibited without the express permission of the website owner.
Return and Refund Policy:
If a product is defective or does not meet your specifications, inform us within 3 days of receipt. A free reprint will be provided if the fault is on our side. Defects are assessed by our management team. You must provide digital photographs of the defective product within 7 business days for a reprint.
Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations:
All prices are in GBP (£) with no hidden charges. Orders are processed once full payment is received. Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of proof approval for a fee of £25 and 5% of total payment. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a 50% fee. Design product orders are non-refundable.
Production, Shipping, and Delivery:
Production begins once full payment and approved artwork are received. Hot Custom Boxes is not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or other uncontrollable factors. Shipping charges may apply for incorrect addresses or re-shipments; otherwise, shipping is free.
Customer-Submitted Artwork/Files:
Artwork must be provided in 300 dpi and CMYK format. Incorrect formats may result in printing issues, for which we are not liable. By uploading artwork, you confirm legal ownership. We may refuse orders that violate laws or third-party rights.
Proofs and Colour Accuracy:
You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs. Colour variations may occur due to printing processes. Hard proofs are available for an extra charge.
Personal Information:
We may collect personal and business information from customers to improve products. This data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Changes to Website and Terms:
Hot Custom Boxes may modify the website or terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of these changes.
Gang Printing:
We generally do not use gang printing and select the printing method best suited for your order.
No Liability for Errors:
Hot Custom Boxes are not liable for spelling, font, or overprinting errors.
